In her role as COO, Nicole works closely with the CEO,  to provide strategic leadership and oversee critical functions including operations, communications, and staff management at NYCBS. She has worked tirelessly to support the rapid growth and expansion of NYCBS and to develop the affiliated multi-specialty practice of NY Health by managing building projects and real estate acquisitions throughout Long Island, into the 5 boroughs and beyond.

Nicole has been with the NYCBS organization for 25 years. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to supporting cancer patients, families, and communities. Serving as the Vice President of the New York Cancer Foundation, she actively contributes to the Foundation's mission of providing vital support, resources, and assistance to individuals and families facing financial distress.

Nicole has engaged in impactful lobbying on Capitol Hill in collaboration with the Community Oncology Alliance, working alongside patient advocates  to help shape policies and transform the landscape of cancer care delivery in the United States. Additionally, Nicole contributes to humanitarian initiatives working closely with the American Red Cross of Greater New York committee.
